Leprous:  Announce next international touring action for 2016!
After an extremely successful European touring run covering more than 23 (!) countries in the past months, Norwegian prog metallers LEPROUS have announced next international live-dates in support of their newest studio album "The Congregation", which was released worldwide via InsideOutMusic in May.

Next to playing Australia and Japan in January/February, LEPROUS are also confirmed to return to Europe for another string of dates in April with Voyager (Who also appear on the Australian dates!) as special guests and US-based act Earthside as support. Einar Solberg (vocals/keys) checked in with the following comment about the upcoming European dates:
"We felt that we didn't hit all the areas in mainland Europe with the fall tour - we simply didn't have enough days available, to accommodate all areas with a show, so we decided to add some dates in April, giving people a chance to get a full-length Leprous show, with a full production.
We are looking forward to meeting you all at the shows!"

"The Congregation" entered the official national sales charts in several European countries upon release, as follows: Germany # 78, The Netherlands # 66, Belgium (Flemish) # 167 and Finland # 39.

"The Congregation" is available as standard Jewelcase CD, Digital Download as well as on limited editions as Mediabook CD and 2LP (On black vinyl or limited golden or silver colours!) featuring a bonus track entitled "Pixel".

LEPROUS have recorded the drums, guitars and bass for the album in Sweden's Fascination Street / Ghostward Studios with David Castillo (Katatonia, Opeth) and the vocals together with Heidi Solberg Tveitan & Vegard Tveitan at Mnemosyne Studios in Norway. Just like the preceding albums "Bilateral" and "Coal", "The Congregation" was mixed by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios (Opeth, Symphony X, Kreator). The album's artwork was created by Nihil / nihil.fr
